Very cute little coffee shop with great breakfast option, including for vegetarians. Love the pistachio flavor! They also have tshirts/sweaters, coloring books, stickers, and other drinks. Food was excellent and service couldn’t have been better or more friendly.

Wonderful find. The coffee was off the hook. The sandwiches were so fresh and tasty. Served with a wonderful side of fresh French fries cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, I ate the sandwich before thinking of taking pictures. Big portions. Would highly recommend!!!!

We were so happy to find this coffee shop on our way to Bryce! We ate breakfast here every morning of our trip. The portions were generous and we especially enjoyed the vegetarian burrito and cinnamon bun.

The hummus everything bagel was delicious and fresh. All sandwiches come with really crispy fries, even if you dont want them, for you to share with someone who does. :-) The cappaccino was acceptable. This was a delightfully unexpected stop out in nowhere, Hatch, Utah, a great pitstop to Bryce Canyon.

My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised to find this GEM! The bacon egg and cheese croissants were amazing. They are much bigger than we were expecting for the price, and the food quality was fantastic. The coffee was delicious and the service was warm and quick! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I ordered an iced caramel latte and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very friendly and it was a cute little coffee shop. I was visiting from Ohio and I love stopping at mom and pop coffee shops along my journey. I highly recommend stopping by Sevier Coffee Co & Cafe.

Surprised and delighted! Usually when I think of a breakfast croissant, I think hand held and petite. This sandwich was a two handed tasty treat with perfect crisp bacon not a lot of fat and tons of egg. It was a crispy sandwich that hit the spot! They also went out of there way to get me a storage box for our trip to Zion to store our loose groceries. Cheers to this place. The coffee was awesome as well and priced right for the size!! Thanks

What a great stop on our drive! Looking for a quick breakfast/coffee place we stumbled across Sevier and boy were we thrilled. Croissant sandwich for the husband, bagel for me. Both were incredible! Only issue is we are in MO and they are in UT so a return visit will have to wait! If you are in the area swing by. You'll be more than satisfied!
